The search engines on the "Global Warming" page brings in up-to-date Global Warming news directly from the Washington Post and Yahoo's recent headlines. Smudge's "Weather Watch" was changed to reflect up-to-date east coast weather information.Use of e-mailable forms were also customized to provide a "Thank You" page when submitting a story and an autoresponder was utilized when you send a complaint to "smudge's complaint dept".
...and let's not forget the custom created clip art provided by cartoonist WC Pope, I'm not sure about it's likeness to Al Smudge, as our meeting took place in complete darkness, (to protect his identity, I guess) although I vaguely remember the smell of a certain yellow fruit.".
