Before:     Client's goal for the existing Help Desk was to restructure their existing help desk information, making it graphically more user friendly and add a search functionality making it easier to drill down to crucial information fast, thus increasing customer usability and reducing phone support in minor, pre-documented support instances. The site was basically text only.
The following is a screen shot of the original Main Page.

AFTER

After: The existing site Information was flow charted and re-organized to include 4 Main Sections, a "Search Help Desk Page" and an easy-to-update "text only" section which is also 'pulled into" the higher bandwidth frame-based Help Desk. The existing Banner Ad CGI program was utilized to further setup the Rotating Banners in zone 2, which run throughout all Main section pages of the Help Desk. An efficient and custimizable through the use of Meta data search script was setup to search the Help desk.
